Jeff Rothbard is Managing Director of CRE Midwest office located in Carmel, IN. Jeff has more than 30 years’ experience in retail real estate and has closed transactions with clients, such as, Walmart, Home Depot, Walgreen’s Drug Store, Costco, Starbucks, Rite Aid Drug Store, Office Depot, Costco, Wendy’s, Del Taco, Chick-Fil-A, Brinker International (Chili’s), KIMCO Realty, Macerich, Regency Centers, and General Growth Properties among others. He has worked with institutional and private investors and banks, such as Roy Disney’s Genesis Fund, Johnson Clayton Trust (owned in part by Magic Johnson), RBS (Royal Bank of Scotland), Inland Properties, and PNC Bank. During his 25 year career, Jeff has acquired and sold over $200 million of investment real estate. Early in his career, Jeff stated his career working for retailers such as Payless ShoeSource, Book Market and Clothestime Stores as a Real Estate Manger. Jeff has been a guest lecturer at University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV).
Laurie obtained extensive experience working at Merrill Lynch for over 8 years as the Assistant to the Midwest Market Head and overseeing a office of over 150 people. Laure also as worked for a local family law firm as the office manager where she was responsible for the day-to-day operation and overseeing a staff of 25 Lawyers and support staff. As head of the marketing department, she will oversee all communications, public relations and promotional activities required to support the brand and provide the highest quality service to our clients.This includes design, production and distribution of print materials such as brochures, ads and direct response. She will also be responsible for providing our clients with monthly marketing updates, overseeing the website and all marketing campaign

CRE develops a construction schedule by identifying all major activities for design, approvals, procurement of

Tenants included CATO, Dollar Tree, Fashion Bug, Radio Shack, Starbucks, and others. The properties ranged in size from 7,500 to 35,000 sf.
